Zoxan Eye/Ear Drops contains ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic used to treat ear and eye infections caused by bacteria. This medicine stops the growth of bacteria by inhibiting the DNA-gyrase enzyme and thereby helps reduce bacterial eye infections. This medicine is not effective for treating viral infections. Sometimes, you may experience certain common side effects, such as eye discomfort, irritation, eye/ear pain, and stinging sensation.
